Buy property in Tenerife does not deal with what documentations, taxes, costs and more in this context but,with a good plan to use to find and buy property when having a deadline in Tenerife Spain.

One simply could not find Tenerife real estate in 2 weeks only, nowadays.

But, one could still achieve it in a holiday that takes a little longer.

Plan to buy property in Tenerife, Spain in the context of a deadline, first of all:

1. Choose reliable airlines when coming from overseas...
2. Book central accommodation for search area in advance...
3. Use a small pocket computer translator or dictionary...
4. Rent a car; don't rely on friends for getting around...
5. Immediately, apply for a NIE number..
6. Open a bank account for your Tenerife property and more...
7. Look out for real estate agencies(inmobiliarias in Spanish),where you stay...
8. Buy Tenerife property finder magazines...
9. Study magazines or flyers that offer Tenerife property to buy...
10. Take recommended real estate agents ...
11. Tell agents that you are having a deadline..
12. Organize money transfer for your key property Tenerife ...
13. Make appointments to see real estate in Tenerife, Spain ASAP...
14. Use your car, eventually, to see more residential property in Tenerife...
15. Get an interpreter, if need be...
16. See a tax consultant, eventually.
17. Sort and select real estate of interest to you...
18. Also consider Tenerife fly buy (buying to let). What location would be most desirable, then?
19. Take a decision...
20. Arrange meeting with Public Notary, to buy property in Tenerife. Agents usually do that for you.

Coming back to the plan I must admit that the plan's priorities may be slightly different, when you are not pressed by time to find Tenerife real estate.

However, the NIE number is always very important, with or without buying property in Tenerife. You couldn't even buy a car in Tenerife without it.

Some banks on the island require the NIE while others are not.

Buy a cheap handheld electronic dictionary in one of many electronics shops on the island to help you with Spanish English translations and vice versa...

Please, bring a tiny non electronic pocket dictionary in any case, unless you get it in Tenerife...
