Commission sharing in a joint venture could be for your rental business or your property sales services. You could be a small private landlord such as one, who wants to let out a holiday home in Tenerife. You could be any agent like an estate agent or any company. Usually, such a venture needs individual terms to be agreed upon and to be suited for both parties.
It does not, necessarily, imply sharing ownerships of assets or services. In fact, this is something, we would not be interested in at this stage. At this moment in time, we only look for partners for more convenient and cost saving marketing.
Sort of preselling your services should be included, however. This needs absolute trust from both parties. Part of our joint venture policy is to see, what you have to offer with our own eyes. Only through this, we may be a good marketing representative. It's done on a far wider and successful scale than many people would think.
