Did you see the Goslar warrior called Goslar Guerrero in Spanish on Santa Cruz Tenerife's prestige avenue Rambla? Its size of 3.00m x 2.20m x 1.10m cannot be overlooked. This art work was made of bronce just like its twin in Kew gardens in the UK. Find it not far from Park Garcia Sanabria by its top entrance opposite Hotel Mencey... This famous reposing warrior figure with round shield by its feet is a symbol of piece rather than war. It has been decorating the pedestrian path of this main Tenerife capital avenue under its trees with much other sculpted art work since 1973. Hopefully, I am not mistaken assuming that this great Henry Moore trophy was donated to the main Tenerife City. By the way, the renown black men of war metal sculpture of Santa Cruz Tenerife is similar to the Morribund warrior (guerrero moribundo) of the Rome Museum Capitolio.
