Different flights of stairs for the road, the beaches, the extensive upper platform entertainment terrace with its concert pavillion, restaurants, kiosks, rest rooms and other levels of the beach park had to be given the right places to be practical and to look good in the total landscaping.

Much is hidden by these César Manrique designs, although the picture also reveals gaps which represent intriguing garden windows. They invite to explore. Nevertheless, the feeling of freedom and much space has not been reduced.

Many tall garden sections are grouped around low, almost symetric brick bordered squares, The overall garden layout forms an almost classic timeless stage but, not an arena. It is utterly charming by all its contrasts of dryrock walls, many important stone steps, tiled floors and greenery. Red geraniums and white daisies are echoed by red and white beach umbrellas and pool loungers by a promenade. The latter add the human touch and are next to beach sand on the left.
