He, first, only had his office at home which was the dining room at one stage.
Later, he started other types of work from home, too.

Work from home and your kids will grow up into better people when father and mother are around them more often.

We experienced all the advantages of working from home.

8. Bake or make gourmet like Apple Stroodle (genuine Ungarian Apple pie) food in short supply or convenience or diet food
   at home and deliver to supermarkets, to homes and home supply outlets...
9. Open your own home supply shop where moms who work from home can
   leave their home creations on a commission basis...
10. Work in the financial field like accounting as your own boss from home...
11. Forex trading is a hot new niche and so is gold trading and not to forget website trading where affiliating and finders fees come as additional bonus.
12. Do consulting work from home which my husband and I did in the past which could be import/exports or insurance.
13. A consultancy to help solving marriage problems
    or anything of the sort.
14. Work from home in debts recovery in the field of private investigator which a friend I knew did in SA.
15. Take a busy employed working mother's baby to bring up with your own as a day mother...

Franchising:

The best work from home ideas are such where you produce something like jewelry which may be only bead necklaces where you then sell kits to others to do the same via franchises which of course need to be set up by a good lawyer.

Where best work at home:

Do 2 or 3 types of businesses from home...

In the end Hubby felt nothing putting his workshop below the roof of a luxury veranda to assemble a car by the swimming pool.

His renegade working from home ideas knew no limits.

Working from home allows for travel:

His working from home ideas always included travel like driving around Namibia with an ultra red or was it a blue light attached to the bonnet of a 4X4 to be able to detect Sheelight at night.

In above cases you could have 2 or 3 by combining with activity work away from the PC, at home.

You can also grow produce like vegetables or herbs from home, even on balconies... Not "grass", nope... not that illegal stuff... Even in a holiday home...Without artificial fertilizers, of course.
